FIRST VISIT
We will mail or fax your New Patient information packet to you to be completed prior to your first visit. When you arrive for your first visit, we will review the paperwork with you and enter it into our computer system.
We are a very unique office. We do things a bit differently than other dental office. At your first visit, we’ll take you on a V.I.P. tour of the office and show you some of those differences.
Dr Chrispens or Dr. Bato will complete a full-mouth periodontal examination. He will focus in on particular areas of concern. At that time, he will present treatment recommendations, discuss available treatment options, treatment timelines, and costs involved. Then you have the information to make your decisions.
Your initial visit will be approximately 1 hour and 45minutes to 2 hours. We do ask that you pay for your appointment on the day of your visit. If you have dental insurance, we will review and assist you with your dental insurance claim.
