Financial Policy
We continue to make every effort to keep the cost of your dental care down. Payment in full is required at the time of your dental treatment. In addition to cash and checks, we welcome Visa, MasterCard and Discover and offer financing options through Capitol One Healthcare Finance. We are happy to discuss every procedure and the fee before treatment. Please talk with a member of our team if you have any questions.
Dental Insurance Plans
As a courtesy to our patients, our office will assist you in processing the charges to your dental insurance plan at no extra cost. Please understand that your dental plan is a contract between you, your employer and the dental insurance provider (insurance company). No dental insurance plan covers all costs. Some companies pay fixed allowances for each procedure, while others pay a percentage of the charge. If your insurance company has not paid after 60 days, you are required to pay the balance on your account. However, we will continue to assist you in seeking payment within a reasonable period of time. In order to expedite payment, it may be necessary for you to contact your dental insurance company directly.
Treatment Recommendations
Your treatment recommendations are based solely on your periodontal health. Our treatment recommendations are not based on your dental insurance plan because it is not in your best interest. It is our daily goal to provide our patients with quality dental care.
